Warranty

When you purchase Mopar parts from us, they come backed with OEM warranty which is 12 months unlimited kilometers.

All products bought from us can only be warrantied through The Truck Lot and will only cover the part replacement, no labour.

Every part has different requirements on how to claim your warranty part replacement. If that time ever comes, Mopar does have a set of rules to follow for the procedure.

- You may be required to return the defective part to us before receiving a replacement, or purchasing another part and receiving a credit when the old one is returned.
- Sometime the OEM warranty might ask that you hold onto the part for a certain amount of time before disposing of the part.

Core Returns

All parts with core charges applied have to be returned to The Truck Lot.

All cores must follow the below rules to qualify for a core refund, please follow them the best that you can.

- The old part must be returned in the same OEM box you received the new part in.
- Ensure the box is not written on
- OEM labels cannot be covered by anything or written on.
